Aaron Kadel brings more than 25 years of engineering, quality, and regulatory experience, including over a decade in leadership roles in the medical device industry. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and built his quality-systems expertise as Vice President of Engineering and Quality at EHOB in Indianapolis. In that role, he led teams responsible for quality management systems, FDA and ISO 13485 compliance, supplier development, new product development, and manufacturing process validation.

As Operations Director, Aaron reports to the President and provides executive-level leadership and alignment across the organization. His focus is on keeping operational systems, resource allocation, and cross-department coordination aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
