Meet Robert Zickler, General Manager
Bob brings years of administrative experience serving in the public safety sector as a Chief Executive Officer, and Technology and human resources manager prior to joining MiraVista. As the MiraVista General Manager he provides oversight and leadership for clinical and business operations. Bob is also responsible for fiscal planning and reporting for MiraVista and supports the Business office as an advisor for MiraVista human resources.
Bob’s initial college education centered on teaching at the post-secondary level obtaining an undergraduate degree in classical language followed by a graduate degree from Indiana University in Allied Health. He worked as an educator for the City of Indianapolis developing curriculum for emergency medical services, tactical rescue operations, and for first and second line operational supervisors. He provided leadership and progressed through a series of challenging administrative roles in Indianapolis leading to an upper leadership position with responsibility for a 60-million-dollar operations budget and 900 personnel. He held additional roles as a chief executive over the next fifteen years during which time he also held a leadership position in Ohio as the program manager and task force leader for the State-wide FEMA sanctioned Ohio Rescue Task Force 1. His public safety administrative background enhances MiraVista’s leadership team adding a unique perspective to organizational management and to critical decision-making.
